This product allows read-only access to the commitment data which is held in any combination of these systems:

• xen-Comm Professional
• xen-PAT Professional
• xen-TM Professional
• xen-IP Professional

xen-CommView is typically used where the owners of the commitment data wants to give view access to other people.  Only read-only access is provided, however in all other aspects the system has the same functionality as xen-Comm, including the report generator.

• users can check the status of the data
• users can run their own reports
• users can access documents in the document store
