NOTE: This issue is fixed in xen-IP 3.8 or later and so this patch is only necessary if you are using xen-IP version 3.7.
This software patch installs a new version of the main program to fix some minor issues concerning the sorting of data lists.
If data lists, such as inventors, are not too big then you probably won't notice the problem and so don't need to install this patch. If, however, you have noticed, for example, that the inventors list for a report parameter is not sorted correctly, then you should install this patch.
Note that you may need Administrator rights on your PC to install the patch and so may need to involve your IT Support. This is also the case if you are using Citrix or Windows Terminal Server.
If using the patch, it should be installed on every client PC which has xen-IP installed.
To install the patch, download it from the Downloads page of the Xensis web site, note that you may need to rename the file from ".zip" to ".xen" (more information is on the Downloads page). Then, run xen-Patch, browse for the patch file and follow the instructions that will be displayed.
