NOTE: This issue is fixed in xen-IP 3.9.
If a reference for a
Commitments or Proceedings record is incorrectly typed and contains a leading or
trailing space then the record will still exist in the system and will show up
on reports, but will not be accessible when an attempt is made to view or update
it.
A patch is available on the Downloads page to fix references that are incorrect
in this way. The patch simply trims any leading or trailing spaces from the
references so that the records can be accessed in the normal way.
