System Integration

The Xensis products are standalone and include all required software except Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (for legal document production) and Adobe Acrobat (for legal document production). For xen-IP a SQL Server Express database system is supplied for 1-5 users, the full SQL Server database must be purchased separately for more than 5 users. xen-SE and xen-SE Plus include the required Microsoft Access database.

No source code is supplied and the licence agreement forbids any reverse engineering. The software uses industry standard database technology and full database documentation can be supplied allowing other systems to interface to the products or make use of the data.

To simplify this process the products are supplied with predefined 'User Views', that is consolidated tables containing most of the system data in a simplified format. This is ideal for users to create their own queries and reports but also for developer to create system interfaces.
