All price are in GB Pounds and exclude tax. Prices also exclude additional services for items such as data conversion and support.

All prices are subject to the addition of VAT @ 17.5% for UK customers.

Optional Extras for the xen-IP range are:

Annual Support/Maintenance is 15% of the licence cost, payable from the start of the licence period.
Installation is simple and many customers do this themselves, however, this service can be provided for Ł750 plus travel and accommodation expenses.
Data take-on from current systems is charged at Ł750/day, typically this takes from 2-4 days depending on the current system data structure.

There is no annual support charge for xen-SE or xen-SE Plus, new versions can be purchased, when they become available, at a discounted price for existing customers.
Installation is simple and many customers do this themselves, however, this service can be provided for Ł750, plus travel and accommodation expenses.
Since data take-on from current systems is relatively simple (copy and paste the data via a spreadsheet), most customers do this themselves. However, this service can be provided at Ł750/day. Typically data take-on would take 2 days.

The xen-IP range (xen-PAT, xen-TM, xen-IP, xen-ProView, xen-Comm, xen-CommView, xen-Web) can run on the following databases...

Microsoft SQL Server Express (supplied free of charge)
Microsoft SQL Server

Apart from SQL Server Express, Xensis do not supply database licences. These can be purchased through Microsoft or your local supplier.

xen-SE and xen-SE Plus normally use a Microsoft Access database and all the required software is supplied with no additional licences being required. If you want to link to different database technology, for example, SQL Server, this can be achieved, click on the "Support" link and then look in the "Technical" category for more details.
