For clients who require SQL Server they must purchase the licences and install the database themselves prior to installing the Xensis software - Xensis cannot answer questions on database installation or management.
For clients who require SQL Server Express, which is the desktop versions of SQL Server, Xensis provide full installation kits which are easy to use. Note that SQL Server Express is licence free when provided by Xensis as part of the Xensis product purchase.
For xen-SE and xen-SE Plus customers, all the Microsoft Access components required are automatically installed as part of the installation. No additional Microsoft licence fees are required.
Xensis offer an installation service for clients who do not have the expertise to undertake the installation themselves.
